Receptionists
Mary Cross
Mary has been at the practice since 1991 having previously worked in the National Health Service. Mary has known many of our clients for many years.
Mary is married to Lawrence and they have two daughters Samantha and Natasha and two grandsons, Oliver and Keir.
She owns Ellie, a lurcher, Jessie, a Collie cross Pointer and Myrtle a cat. Mary is particularly interested in puppy training and canine behaviour.
Outside work, she enjoys walking her dogs, Pilates and line dancing.
Kim Thompson

Kim joined the practice in 1992, initially as a trainee veterinary nurse but soon moving across to reception. She is married to Simon and has two daughters, Beccy and Abigail.
Kim owns Charlie, a Flat Coat Retriever, and Jones, a Jack Russell Terrier.
Helena Routledge
Helena first joined the practice in 1987 initially as a trainee veterinary nurse but soon moving across to become a receptionist. Helena left the practice in 1995, when she became a mum and rejoined us on a part-time basis in August 1995.
Helena is married to John, and has two sons, Joe and Sam. She owns two dogs, Jed, a greyhound cross, and Lacey, a lurcher; a cob mare called Beryl, and a Welsh Mountain pony, Bilbo.
